1: Welcome to India :
One Nation, countless
destinations. A land of rich heritage that’s ancient. The
mystique of India, its history of 5000 years, philosophy,
religions, fabulous history monuments all add to its bewildering
diversity to create a unique and colorful mosaic. This is the
wonder that is India, come, enjoy and experience it.

New Delhi begins with the drive past
Safdarjang’s Tomb (1753 AD) on the way to Qutab Minar (1193
AD) this striking medieval tower of victory of Persian World is
73 m high. Within the Qutab complex, amidst the ruins of
Quwat-ul-Islam mosque, stands the Iron pillar which has stood the
vagaries of weather and has not rusted over 1500 years. Then
drive through New Delhi includes the Embassy area (Diplomatic
enclave), Government buildings, India Gate, Sikh Temple (Bangla
Sahib Gurudwara), Birla Temple and Connaught Place, New
Delhi’s main shopping area. Visit Humayun’s Tomb -
considered to be the fore runner of Taj Mahal.

2: Delhi

After a leisurely breakfast The tour guide
escorts you to Jama Mosque built in 1650 AD, followed by a drive
past the breathtaking Red Fort (1639-1648), built by Shah Jahan,
creator of the Taj Mahal. Then we proceed on to Raj Ghat, which
is the memorial of Mahatma Gandh.
In the afternoon, your tour of New Delhi begins with the drive

Day 3: Delhi- Jaipur

Today you
drive on the national highway 8 that combines Delhi with Mumbai
.The drive takes you through a wonderful country side , through
the harvests of mustard and it appears like a yellow carpet
spread throughout.
Then you arrive at Samode palace for an elaborate lunch served in
a grand royal fashion .Later continue to drive to jaipur and
check in at the hotel. Evening you have an option to explore the
pink city and take a heritage walk in the illuminated bazaars
witnessing the locals involved in their daily affairs.

Day 4: Jaipur:
THE splendid fort /
palace of AMBER was wrested by the Kachhwaha Rajputs in the
mid-12th century. Who dominated the surrounding area for the next
six centuries. Amber was also the prime site of the alliance
between the Mughals and the Rajputs. The astronomer-king Sawai
Jai Singh II, famous for his Jantar Mantar ascended the throne in
1699. He soon decided to build a new city in the plains : JAIPUR
was designed according to the principals of the Shilpa-shastra
and the capital shifted here in 1727, The city attracted
merchants and crafts-people who over time shaped its irresistible
bazaar . The Hawa Mahal, City Palace and Jantar Mantar
characterise the old city, while the forts of Nahargarh and
Jaigarh should not be missed.

Day 5: Jaipur-Agra :

The
morning starts once again at leisure and you drive to the city of
grand monuments from the mughal era.
The drive takes you once again through the country and you
witness the lifestyle of the villagers living in the mud houses ,
plastered with cow dung and carrying
loads of fire wood on their head.
After a comfort stop at the midway , you drive a couple of hours,
before you reach the deserted city of the mughals , the fatehpur
sikri.
Later continue to drive another hour to reach Agra.
Check in and overnight at the hotel.
Day 6: Agra:
Morning, we will
visit the Taj Mahal (Friday Closed) one of the Seven Wonders of
the world built by Emperor Shah Jehan in the memory oh his
beloved Queen Mumtaz Mahal. This beautiful mausoleum took 22
years to complete with a work force of 20,000. Craftsmen and
master builders came from all over Asia to join in the great work
– from Baghdad, Shiraz, Delhi, Samarkand and Turkey. The
finest marble in the world was quarried at Makrana near Jaipur.
Precious and semi precious stones were imported from distant
lands : Jasper from Punjab, Jade & Crystal from China,
Turquoies from Tibet, Lapis from Afganistan and Ceylon,
Chrosolite from Egypt, Amethyst from Persia, Agates from Yemen,
Malachite from Russia, Diamonds from Golconda
AGRA - Taj Mahal

again for sun set.

Day 7: Agra-khajuraho:
The day offers you an experience of your
lifetime, where you travel on Indian train. Upon your arrival at
Jhansi ( an old british cantonment), you will be met and received
by our representatives and driven to Orcha , where you have lunch
at Orcha resorts on the banks of river Betwa. After lunch you
drive to Khajuraho, the city of erotic temples , that unfolds a
new stream of tantra in Hinduism. Evening we have special dance
programme for you at the Kandharia auditorium where you witness
the folk dances from various regions of the country.

Khajuraho
The temples at Khajuraho were built during the Chandela dynasty,
which reached its apogee between 950 and 1050. Only about 20
temples remain; they fall into three distinct groups and belong
to two different religions – Hinduism and Jainism. They
strike a perfect balance between architecture and sculpture. The
Temple of Kandhria is decorated with a profusion of sculptures
that are among the greatest masterpieces of Indian art.
Day 8: Varanasi: ( the city
of light / learning and cremation/ burning)
Morning tour of the temples of khajuraho .Return to hote land
check out to catch a flight to varanasi ( 40 min).Upon arrival
you will be met by our representative to escort you to your hotel
.Late evening you take a tour trough the down town ,taking you
the mother of all rivers, the Ganges.
Varansai , the city of learning and burning is often called as
“Kashi” , literally meaning the city of light. The
visit offers you a journey into eternity.
You also take a boat ride on the ganges and participate in the
evening aarti ceremony , where the brahmis, the priests salute
the mother ganges for spreading life and wisdom.

Varanasi ( the city of light /
learning and cremation/ burning)
The venerable and ancient city Varanasi is the
religious centre of the world for Hindus. It is a magnificent
city, with myriad attractions, both as an exalted place of
pilgrimage and a microcosmic centre of faith. Thousands of
pilgrims visit the city from all parts of India and from across
the world. Varanasi is a unique city where the past and present,
eternity and continuity lives side by side .It is considered to
be the immortal abode of Shiva. The life and activities in the
city revolve around the holy river. Life on the banks of the
Ganga begins before dawn when thousands of pilgrims -men, women
and children, come down to the river to wait for the rising
sun.
Day 9: Varanasi-Nepal:

Very early, just before the sun rise you once again
return to the river to view the faith of the ordinary who come
and bathe in the ganges and discharge their daily rituals. Return
to the hotel for breakfast and check out to visit one of the most
important sites for Buddhism , Sarnath or sarangnath , the place
near varanasi where Gautam Buddha preached his first sermon. A
great archeological site , that also holds the remains of
earliest signs of civilization. Then drive to the airport to
catch an international flight to Nepal.
Upon arrival in Nepal , our local representative assists you and
escorts you to the hotel. The remainder of the day is free to
either relax at the hotel or take a tour into the city and enjoy
bartering on the local shops and stalls of Kathmandu .Overnight
at the hotel.
Day 10: Kathmandu :
Today we give you a comprehensive tour of the city where you
visit the most important Buddhist and hindu sites that stand in
the middle of cities hustle and bustle. The tour guide remains at
your disposal to suggest you various options for fine dining and
shopping .After the tour return to the hotel. Overnight at the
hotel
Day11 : Kathmandu-Royal Chitwan:

The day takes you to
fulfill your desire to tracking the royal Bengal tiger and single
horn rhinos. You take short flight to Bharatpur and then continue
to drive to the interiors of the jungle where we find you a
jungle retreat. Here you are booked on jungle plan which includes
all meals and 3 jungle visits to chance your favorite beast.
Day12 : Royal chitwan :
The day remains at your sweet
will to either relax in your jungle log hut or to take safaris
into the woods.
Day13 : Chitwan- kathamandu:
Today you shall return
to kathmandu to finish what you left during your last stay. We
will suggest you a plenty full of options to shape up your
day.
Tonight we offer you a farewell dinner in a traditional Nepalese
way.

Day14 : Nepal-India: Today you take a flight back to India
(new delhi), where we provide you day rooms till your onward
departure to your home.
