Day 1 : Delhi
Upon arrival you will be met at the airport with garlands.
Our
executive would escort you to your hotel. We would have done a
pre check in for you at the hotel which saves you time in middle
of the night .
New Delhi begins with the drive past
Safdarjang’s Tomb (1753 AD) on the way to Qutab Minar (1193
AD) this striking medieval tower of victory of Persian World is
73 m high. Within the Qutab complex, amidst the ruins of
Quwat-ul-Islam mosque, stands the Iron pillar which has stood the
vagaries of weather and has not rusted over 1500 years. Then
drive through New Delhi includes the Embassy area (Diplomatic
enclave), Government buildings, India Gate, Sikh Temple (Bangla
Sahib Gurudwara), Birla Temple and Connaught Place, New
Delhi’s main shopping area. Visit Humayun’s Tomb -
considered to be the fore runner of Taj Mahal.

2 : Delhi
Your day would begin after a leisurely breakfast at the hotel.
Then your personal guide takes you to the fantastic sites of old
and New Delhi.
The sites include the Jama Masjid, Raj ghat ( Gandhi’s
memorial), Humayun’s tomb and the 12 th century Qutab
Minar. During the day you also drive through the government
buildings like the president house , the parliament, India gate
and the Sikh temple. Evening we cease the opportunity to host you
a welcome dinner at the Village Bistro on a roof top. Overnight at
the hotel.

Day 3 : Delhi -Agra ( 4 hrs / 200 kms)
After the breakfast you would be assisted during your checkout
and then you continue to drive to Agra . The drive is
approximately 5 hrs , but very comfortable and offers a chance to
witness the country at it’s best. Arrive Agra by lunch and
check in at the hotel . The remainder of the day is
free for individual activities and enjoying the spa and massage
at the hotel. The tour offers you the complete spa package with
compliments. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 4 : Agra
The day starts early as we offer you
to visit the great monument once again by sun rise. After the
visit you return to the hotel for breakfast . In the afternoon
the guide takes you to the other breath taking sites from the
mughal era , including the Agra fort and Itmad-ud-Daulah ,
commonly known as baby Taj.
Evening you return to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

AGRA - Taj Mahal
one of the Seven Wonders of the world built by Emperor Shah Jehan
in the memory oh his beloved consort Mumtaz Mahal. This beautiful
mausoleum took 22 years to complete with a work force of 20,000.
Craftsmen and master builders came from all over Asia to join in
the great work – from Baghdad, Shiraz, Delhi, Samarkand and
Turkey. The marble, India’s finest; was quarried at Makrana
near Jodhpur. Precious and semi precious stones were imported
from distant lands : Jasper from Punjab, Jade & Crystal from
China, Turquoise from Tibet, Lapis from Afghanistan and Ceylon,
Chrysolite from Egypt, Amethyst from Persia, Agate from Yemen,
Malachite from Russia, Diamonds from Golconda and Mother of Pearl
from the Indian Ocean.
Day 5 : Jaipur :

Checkout after breakfast and
continue to drive to Jaipur, the pink city ( 6 hrs/ 260 kms). En
route visit the famous deserted city of the Mughals, Fatehpur Sikri founded by great mughal emperor Akbar.
Late afternoon arrive Jaipur and check in at the hotel. The
evening you have an option to take a heritage walk into the
illuminated bazaars of the pink city and
enjoy a rickshaw ride and the treasure hunt organized especially
for you.

Day 6 : Jaipur:
This morning you take a ride on an
elephant back as your personal guide takes you to the majestic
Amber fort . You ascent the fort , the royal way.
The sight seeing of Jaipur includes the visit to the most
distinguished astronomical observatory and the royal city palace
complex.
We would like to offer you a traditional silver platter lunch at
a restaurant known for it’s cooking demonstration and the
most exclusive for us , a turban demonstration. There is also a
turban museum there.

Jaipur
THE splendid Fort /
Palace of AMBER was wrested by the Kachhwaha Rajputs in the
mid-12th century. The Kacchawaha's dominated the surrounding area for the next
six centuries. Amber was also the prime site of the alliance
between the Mughals and the Rajputs. The astronomer-King Sawai
Jai Singh II, famous for his Jantar Mantar ascended the throne in
1699. He soon decided to build a new city in the plains: JAIPUR
was designed according to the principals of the Shilpa-Shastra
and the capital shifted here in 1727, the city attracted
merchants and crafts-people that over time shaped its
irresistible bazaar. The Hawa Mahal, City Palace and Jantar
Mantar characterizes the old city, while the forts of Nahargarh
and Jaigarh, add to the spectacle of the city.
Day 7 : Jodhpur:

This morning you drive to
jodhpur( 6 hrs/ 300 kms).
The drive is long but comfortable with a couple of convenient
stops and offers you to witness the change in the landscape as
well as the costumes and turbans of the natives. Late evening
arrive in Jodhpur and check in at the hotel.
Overnight at the hotel.

Day
8 : Jodhpur:
The
blue city , the city of marwar ( local name of the region) has
the most majestic fortress and the colourfull markets to offer.
Your personal guide takes you on a tour to the land of Rathore Rajputs. The tour includes the
Mehran Garh fort, Jaswant Thada
and a visit to the near by clock tower market.
Return to the hotel around lunch . Later leave for a jeep safari
that takes you in the interiors of Marwar to meet the locals and
also witness the opium ceremony of the local feudals.

Day 9 : Udaipur:
Today you drive another
stretch of 6 hrs to reach the city of romance, lakes and gardens
. En route visiting the most extravagant temple of the Jains, the
Ranakpur temple, with it’s distinctly carved 1444 pillars .
We host you a lunch at the very special Ranakpur hill resort.
After lunch a drive through the hills brings you into Udaipur.
Upon arrival check in at the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

UDAIPUR is
perhaps a unique pre-modern capital in Rajasthan which has no
fort. Coming to life after the final sacking of Chittor , Udaipur
saw an explosion of building activity - temples, palaces and
Havelis. Lake Picchola with its two islands- Jagniwas (now the
Lake Palace Hotel) and Jagmandir defines Udaipur. The City Palace
towers over the lake. The artificial Jaisamand Lake was created
in 17th century by damming the Gomti River. There are beautiful
chhatries (Cenotaphs) around the embankment.
Day 10 : Udaipur :

The day starts with a visit to
the Jagdish temple , the Sahelion ki Bari garden complex and the
royal city palace complex.
Return to the hotel around lunch .Early evening we have a boat
ride for you on the placid waters of lake Picchola , the most
romantic site to be. Late evening we host you a farewell dinner
at the splendid Bagore-ki-Haveli . The dinner includes cocktails
and a dance performance from the locals. Overnight at the hotel

Day 11 : Delhi / Mumbai:
A late morning departure to the airport to catch a flight to
Delhi or Mumbai. Upon arrival we provide you the day rooms , till
your further departure.
