Tour Itinerary

• Day 1
  Vishakhapatnam

  Arrive and transfer to SIMILIGUDA, travel time about 4 hours for 160 kms.

• Day 2
  Similiguda - 80kms/2hrs

  Day return trip to visit Bondo tribes in Onukudelli market. Along with Bondo you can visit Gadaba & Didayi tribe in this weekly market. Later, visit some Gadaba village and Nandapur Historical ruins. Return to Similiguda.

• Day 3
  Kunduli – Kotpad –Nagarnar Market – Jagdalpur: 180kms/3-4 hrs

  Morning visit Kunduli market of Sana Paraja and Mali tribes. Visit Mali tribe village. Later drive to Kotpad via Jeypore. Kotpad famous for tribal weavers who weaves clothes for marriages of primitive tribes in a traditional way.

  Later proceeds to Jagdalpur in Bastar famous for Gond tribes. Visit a weekly market of Maria, Halba and Bhatra tribes. Evening return to Hotel and overnight.

• Day 4
  Jagdalpur

  Visit Lohandiguda followed by a Dandami Maria tribe village and watch their Bison Horn head gear dance with long drums. Later visit Chitrkut waterfall called the Niagara fall of India. Afternoon visit Mardoom market of dhruwa and Maria tribes. Overnight at Hotel.

• Day 5
  Jagdalpur - Rayagada: 280kms/6hrs

  Morning visit Maria tribe village, dhurwa tribe village & tirathgarh waterfall. Later visit Chingitarai market of Maria Gond and Dhurwa tribes. Later drive to Rayagada.

• Day 6
  Rayagada – Gopalpur on Sea: 220kms/6hrs

  After breakfast drive to Gopalpur on Sea enroute visiting Malwa Kondh & Saura tribe village. Overnight at gopalpur on Sea.

• Day 7
  Gopalpur on Sea

  Chilika Lagoon (Mangalajodi Birds Island) – Olasing textile village – Puri.

• Day 8
  Puri – Konark – Bhubaneswar

  Morning start from Puri Jagannath temple, the biggest temple of Orissa and since non-Hindus are not allowed inside the temple so they will have to observe the temple from roof top of a library. Later visit the world famous Sun Temple of Konark, a magnificent example of ancient knowledge of combining vedic mathematics, science, physics and architecture in building temples. (40kms/1hr). After giving ample time in Konark, drive to Bhubaneswar (75kms/2hrs). If time permits visit Bhubaneswar Temples. Overnight Bhubaneswar.

• Day 9
  Bhubaneswar

  Morning visit Puri Jagannath templelater checkout from the hotel to drive to the airport to fly back home from Kolkata / Chennai / Delhi.
